Hi All. I haven’t been writing this blog for very long but I’ve been thinking for a while that I’d like to post twice daily: once with my meals and exercise and once on a topic of interest to me.
I want to use my blog as a way to track/record my road to getting fit and fabulous for my wedding day, as well as a place for healthy living inspiration, wedding discussions and what it’s like to be a young women in corporate America/a sales world dominated by men! Run4Vino is the balance between health, life and work.
Let’s jump into a new idea. I want to blog twice a day: once recapping my daily exercise & eats and then once with a post surrounding topics of interest to me: weddings, fashion, work/life balance and healthy living in general.
To make things consistent, I thought it’d be fun to have a daily topic focus – or Daily Columns.
